EVENTS MANAGER – CAMPS BAY – WESTERN CAPE

You will excel in this role if you are flexible and able to multitask, working at a faster than average pace. Payroll experience is a must with a hospitality background. Attention to detail, love for admin, own transport, and the ability to work weekends are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that opening and closing procedures are followed precisely, and daily shift procedures are completed.
• Manage table allocations and guest seating in accordance with events and service flow.
• Upkeep and cleaning of hotel rooms and communal guest areas. Perform turndown and general housekeeping services to facilitate a high level of guest comfort.
• Data capturing and report writing, comparing data received from reports and estimating projections based on data.

Qualifications

• Payroll experience a must with a hospitality background.
• Attention to detail and a strong administrative focus.
• Own transport and the ability to work weekends.
• Well presented with previous luxury brand experience – minimum two years’ experience.
