Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and standards across all event menus.
Work closely with the Executive Chef and Events team to develop and execute tailored menus for various events.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
Manage time and resources effectively to meet tight event deadlines.
Handle pressure calmly and efficiently, adapting to last-minute changes or challenges.
Train, mentor, and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff.
Uphold the company's reputation as a leading name in sports and event catering.
