Qualifications

Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Physically capable of standing for long periods and carrying moderate loads.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, and decor as per event plans.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Clear tables, replenish supplies, and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
Interact positively with guests, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Assist with breakdown and cleanup of event spaces post-event.
