Job description
Responsibilities

Responsible for the technical support work in the region, including online or on‑site support, solving technical problems and providing technical advice, to ensure that the service provider's after‑sales technical problems are solved in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, to ensure that the service provider is satisfied. Assist or support technical training work to ensure that the service provider's technical staff obtain technical certification or establish a continuous technical learning system and path, to ensure that after‑sales technical level of continuous improvement. Responsible for the region's VDS, maintenance of special tools, three books and related technical information needs docking, to assist or support the collection of tools or information, collation, improvement and enhancement of the work, to ensure its availability, effectiveness and accuracy, to ensure that meets the needs of service providers. Responsible for pre‑determination and assessment of major claim cases, provide relevant technical support to ensure that the cases can be judged in a timely and rapid manner. Responsible for investigating and dealing with major technical events to ensure the rapid resolution of problems. Responsible for docking and supporting technical special issue and technical circular to ensure the timely communication and sharing of information to service providers.

Qualifications

Knowledge and skills requirements: understanding of basic automotive knowledge; proficient in the use of Office software; with vehicle driving skills; Educational requirements: bachelor degree or above; Professional requirements: Mechanical Design and Manufacturing and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Professional Priority; Working experience: with the automotive industry or related areas of after‑sales service, technical support experience is preferred; Good analytical and problem‑solving skills; Good communication skills and teamwork spirit; Able to adapt to overseas business trips/expatriation; Seniority level: entry level; Employment type: full‑time; Job function: Engineering, Project Management, and Management; Industries: Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, Energy Technology, and Retail Motor Vehicles.
