A global technology solutions provider is seeking an EUC Infrastructure Support Engineer to deliver advanced technical support and manage devices across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows and macOS environments, along with hands-on experience in utilizing tools like Microsoft Intune and JAMF. You will play a key role in enhancing the technology experience for employees by resolving complex technical issues and ensuring a high level of IT security compliance in Cape Town, South Africa.

The EUC Infrastructure Support Engineer provides advanced technical support to internal users, serving as a key escalation point from the Service Desk and delivering walk-up assistance for local users. This role supports a modern enterprise IT environment across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless, secure, and high-quality technology experience for employees globally.
