Key Responsibilities
Financials & Growth
- Retain 80% of the companys existing client base annually.
- Generate at least one new business lead per month from a new source or agent.
- Share valuable market intelligence and trends.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in all matters and elevate any threats to Directors promptly.
- Meet agreed-upon monthly targets consistently.
File & Workflow Management
- Review all new estate matters within 24 hours and allocate accordingly.
- Escalate complex or problematic files to Directors within 24 hours.
- Scrutinize contracts effectively and manage matters on WIP.
Process & Team Management
- Oversee daily staff performance and task execution.
- Ensure accurate and timely weekly progress reports to agents, clients, and sources.
- Maintain document quality and completeness during client consultations.
- Ensure team adherence to all system processes and turnaround times (TAT) for :
Workflow Management
- Pre-prepping & prepping
- Compliance standards
What Were Looking For
- Admitted Conveyancer (essential)
- 5+ years' experience managing Estate Transfers
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capabilities
- Business development mindset and drive to grow the Estates division
- Sound knowledge of conveyancing systems and relevant legal procedures
