Job summary

Frank Consult is seeking an experienced Site Security Manager in George, South Africa to manage security operations within a prestigious lifestyle and golf estate. The successful candidate will supervise security personnel, oversee daily operations, and maintain a safe environment for residents and visitors.

Minimum requirements include PSIRA Grade A registration, a valid driver’s license, and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Site Security Manager or similar role.
• Previous experience within an estate, residential, hospitality, or property environment advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, and incident management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and administrative skills.
• Clear criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily security operations across the estate.
• Lead and supervise security personnel and service providers.
• Monitor access control, CCTV, and perimeter security systems.
• Investigate incidents and ensure accurate reporting and follow‑up.
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, estate management, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures, policies, and service standards.
• Prepare operational and incident reports.
