  • Staff Management

  • Oversee estate events
  • Retail procurement – appoint relevant suppliers and selection of products
  • Liaising with media / VIP clients / guests
  • Customer service
  • Positively & actively promote the company services and products

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as an experienced Hospitality Manager
  • Excellent communication (fluent in English & Afrikaans) and negotiation skills
  • Computer literacy – MS Office
  • Excellent classic cuisine & wine knowledge
  • A customer service driven individual
  • Experience in upmarket / fine dining Hospitality service
  • Attention to detail , problem solving, creative and innovative
  • Excellent leadership skills
