Job summary

A leading security solutions company in Midrand is seeking a project manager to lead teams in delivering client-specific ESS service solutions. Responsibilities include managing installations and conducting maintenance to ensure system reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in construction, and be familiar with ISO & 45001 standards. This is a full-time position.

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Leading a project team to deliver client-specific ESS service solutions including IP-based CCTV access control alarms booms gates and electric fencing.
• Conducting preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system uptime and reliability.
• Supporting minor installations and integrating software platforms to meet customer requirements.
• Managing daily operations including fault finding reporting and documentation.
• Coordinating with subcontractors service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Planning and scheduling daily weekly and monthly activities for technical teams.
• Overseeing site assessments stock collection and environmentally responsible equipment disposal.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO & 45001 standards and Thorburns SHEQ policies.
• Assisting the estimating department during plan reviews and defining project requirements.
• Maintaining accurate administrative records including job cards overtime sheets and travel logs.
