Qualifications

• Experience within the property industry is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users to gather and document system requirements.
• Conduct system upgrades and minimize operational disruption.
• Assist in implementing new applications and providing ongoing support.
• Support data integrity and system integration using APIs.
• Ensure applications meet compliance and performance standards.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development.
• Enhance system security and performance.
• Provide day-to-day systems support.
• Review existing systems for automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with management for reporting needs.
• Liaise with external stakeholders as required.
