Overview

ERP System Software Assistant – Branch: Isando - HQ

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain ERP systems (SAP, Evolve, Xperteck) and assist with new enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system/app issues, providing proactive and reactive user support.
• Analyse recurring incidents and suggest long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with various teams, documenting technical processes and maintaining the help desk knowledge base.
• Monitor critical systems and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Manage supplier relationships, log and prioritise support calls, and report recurring issues to management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system support processes and assist with system implementations.

Qualifications
