Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP solution.
• Conduct discovery sessions and client workshops to define and document solution requirements.
• Analyse client business processes and translate requirements into practical system solutions.
• Configure ERP modules in line with best practices.
• Prepare implementation documentation and training materials.
• Deliver client training and provide go-live assistance.
• Provide ongoing client support and solution enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP solution.
• Conduct discovery sessions and client workshops to define and document solution requirements.
• Analyse client business processes and translate requirements into practical system solutions.
• Configure ERP modules (Finance, Project accounting and management, CRM, Resource Planning ,) in line with best practices.
• Prepare implementation documentation, user guides, and training materials to support project delivery.
• Deliver client training and provide go-live assistance to ensure successful system adoption.
• Provide ongoing client support, troubleshooting, and solution enhancements post-implementation.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in ERP implementation
• Experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably with exposure to General Ledger, Project Accounting, and month- and year-end reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of project accounting
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in financial accounting.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
