Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out full lifecycle ERP implementations for Epicor or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Conduct analysis, design, implementation, training and support.
• Map customers’ information flow between systems and/or processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and reduce manual data intervention.
• Re-engineer operational processes for efficiency.
