About the Role

The Soil Conservation Service (SCS) are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support services to program support staff and other team members to enable the efficient operation of the team / unit.

About You
Our ideal candidate will have :
  • Experience in providing administrative support services such as filing, mail handling, purchasing, meeting coordination and document preparation.
  • Skills in managing project documentation schedules and records in line with established procedures and management systems.
  • Demonstrated capability in gathering and compiling data to assist in preparing reports, documents and other team materials.
  • Knowledge of responding to enquiries, maintaining databases and ensuring accurate, organised and accessible information management.
