Job summary

Environmental Assessment Practitioner in Mthatha seeks a qualified professional to undertake EIA, scoping, water use license applications, waste management license applications, and public participation in line with EIA regulations.

The role also involves compiling Environmental Management Programmes, assisting with IWMP development, ECO monitoring and reporting, and handling all related administrative duties.

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science / Management or similar.
• Valid South African driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in environmental consulting.
• Professional registration with EAPASA / SACNASP would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Environmental Impact Assessment and Scoping.

• Undertake water use license applications.
• Undertake Waste Management License applications.
