Schedule

12‑hour shifts following a 2‑2‑3 rotation (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days; then the opposite the next week).

6:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Wage

Per hour + $1.50 shift differential

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Adheres to company safety and sanitation policies and follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in all areas of responsibility.
  • Follows established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Must be able to stand for several hours at a time.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Must maintain good housekeeping principles and an organized and neat work area.
  • Works effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Follows instructions/directions correctly.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong relationships with all line associates and departments.
  • Demonstrates a positive mental attitude and willingness to change lines when necessary.
  • Demonstrates ability to think critically and problem‑solve.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • No experience required; all new hires will be trained.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Highly motivated self‑starter and ability to work independently.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math and measuring ability.
  • Demonstrates good people skills.
Physical Demands
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to move around the facility.
  • The employee is frequently required to talk or hear.
  • The employee is required to stand and walk up to 90 % of the shift; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
  • The position requires climbing on a frequent basis.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Vision requirements include near and far visual acuity with some degree of color perception.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
