Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin/IS/Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
• Internship or prior business analysis experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes to identify improvements and optimisations.
• Create functional specifications and user stories for software development.
