  • Organize and manage files, documents and other important records to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Assist in handling incoming calls and emails to ensure prompt and professional responses to clients and team members.
  • Support the data entry process by updating spreadsheets and databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations by gathering relevant data and creating clear engaging documents.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and logistics to make sure everything runs without a hitch.
