Responsibilities
- Discover market opportunities and customer needs.
- Define metrics for product success and financial models.
- Launch the Minimum Lovable Product and track KPIs.
- Lead as interim founder and assist with recruitment.
Tasks
- Discover attractive market opportunities, Jobs To Be Done / customer pain points, and business models for new high-margin digital-first companies. Figure out what problems are we’re solving, for whom, why, and the market size.
- Define value proposition, go-to-market strategy, roadmap, financial model. Include unit economics, scaling levers and what is success in 1-3 years.
- Launch and iterate on the Minimum Lovable Product / Service (MLP / S) using low / no code tools. Measure the KPIs that matter.
- Lead as an interim founder until we hire external leadership. Help recruit. Jump in and help out existing ventures when needed.
- Rinse and repeat.
Requirements
- Bias for action . Move with urgency and focus. You’re pragmatic, push forward when risks are low, and quickly unblock yourself by finding answers and deciding fast. Understand one-way door vs revolving door decisions.
- Courage under fire . You want to be in a high-ownership role and get your hands dirty. Do the full cycle from initial idea triage, discovery, testing, and analysis to pitching your recommendations to the Founding Partners.
- No work is beneath you . You do the needful. You showcase a serious get-shit-done attitude and get-on-it-now-ask-questions-later approach.
- Strong opinions, loosely held . You love numbers and backing everything you do with them. You research new topics and track KPIs, even manually clean, crunch, and enrich data to support an evidence-driven approach.
- Optimism as an Operating System . You have a relatively high happiness resting point. You handle high-pressure situations with timely, composed, and candid reactions. You seek out and offer candid feedback. People want to work with you again and again.
