- Manage 6-12 month enterprise sales cycles
- Engage senior decision-makers across marketing, customer experience, and operations
- Build strong business cases and lead consultative, insight-driven sales discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction
- Maintain a structured pipeline, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting
- Position the company as a trusted advisor in customer experience transformation
What were looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise, consultative, or complex sales (SaaS not essential)
- Proven success selling into large organisations with multiple decision-makers
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, in person and online
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link solutions to business impact
- Resilience, drive, and a genuine interest in solving business challenges
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating digital platforms
- Own, reliable transport

- Any tertiary qualification
- Experience in consulting, customer research, or experience intelligence
- Exposure to sectors like banking, automotive, healthcare, or telecommunications
