Job summary

Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline across the country. You will own the top of the funnel: researching accounts, identifying decision makers and crafting personalized outbound sequences to book meetings with qualified prospects.

You will maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, test messaging, and collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable
