Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to maintain your pipeline, test messaging, and drive volume with quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS a plus).
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
