Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel: researching accounts, building contact lists, and booking discovery calls for Account Executives.

This is a remote role across the country. You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping outreach high quality.

What You Will Own

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.

What You Bring

• B2B sales experience preferred. Full-cycle closers who have carried a quota are welcome.
• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
