Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to maintain a high-quality outreach and clean pipeline. This remote role requires 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar experience, strong writing, and a proven ability

Formación

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Two years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.

What You Will Own

What You Bring

• B2B sales experience preferred. Full-cycle closers who have carried a quota are welcome.
• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
