We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead strategic risk, business, and control transformation programmes for our clients. This role will suit an experienced professional with a proven track record in risk strategy, large programme management, and business development, who can operate confidently at executive level and drive profitability.
As a key leader within our service/business area, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of our strategic plan by effectively managing and developing high‑performing teams. You will inspire your teams with a clear and compelling vision, aligning broader strategic objectives with actionable goals to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
You will leverage your deep understanding of disruptive trends and competitor activity to foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our offerings remain at the forefront of the market.
\In this role, you will lead the delivery of strategic risk and business transformation solutions, contributing to the Deloitte Africa Enterprise Risk Management Market Offering. Working closely with the Deloitte global Strategic & Operational Risk community of practice, you will develop and implement innovative consulting and digital solutions that address our clients’ most complex challenges.
