FOCI Group is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Development Expert to drive SME growth, strengthen local business ecosystems, and support economic development initiatives within targeted communities. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in entrepreneurship, business development, and advisory work across emerging markets.

About the Role

You will provide strategic and technical guidance on enterprise development, working closely with project teams, community beneficiaries, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Your expertise will help shape sustainable business models, unlock entrepreneurial opportunities, and support job creation in developing economic environments.

This position requires someone who is analytical, innovative, and comfortable working across diverse stakeholder groups — including local businesses, community structures, and development partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical advice on enterprise development strategies
• Support the growth, sustainability, and scaling of SMEs
• Conduct assessments and design business development interventions

Requirements

• Strong background in business development and enterprise support
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to design innovative and practical enterprise development solutions
• Experience in emerging economies is a strong advantage
