Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking an Enrolled Nurse with phlebotomy skills to join our client in the Western Cape. The role focuses on collecting specimens, performing point-of-care tests, and supporting clinical procedures with strict adherence to SOPs and infection control.

The successful candidate will maintain patient dignity and privacy, communicate clearly with patients, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering safe and efficient specimen handling in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an Enrolled Nurse with a valid practicing status.
• 1–2 years of verifiable phlebotomy experience.
• Experience in a laboratory or clinical diagnostic environment.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and safe specimen handling.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer literacy.

Provide professional nursing and phlebotomy services for our client through the safe and accurate collection, handling, and transportation of patient specimens. You will maintain specimen integrity, protect patient confidentiality, and ensure strict compliance with clinical protocols and safety requirements.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience working within a laboratory or clinical diagnostic environment.
