Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver safe and quality nursing care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate should have an Enrolled Nurse Certificate and basic life support training. This role requires creating a positive patient experience and maintaining accurate nursing records. Preference will be given to candidates in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Nurse Certificate is essential.
• CPD courses for specialised wards are preferred.
• 1 year post qualification experience for specialised units is desired.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To deliver safe, quality nursing care according to the Scope of Practice

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Ensure that all utilised stock and equipment are accurately charged

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Enrolled Nurse Certificate

DESIRED EDUCATION: For specialised wards, CPD courses in specific specialityarea

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 1 year post qualification experience before placement in a specialised unit
