Job summary

Netcare is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing care under supervision. The role focuses on assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care to ensure high quality patient outcomes in a hospital setting.

You will maintain documentation, support infection prevention, manage supplies and participate in handovers. CPR competence and compliance with health care legislation are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Registration with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Compliance with the SANC code for an Enrolled Nurse and all applicable health care legislation.
• Relevant experience in the nursing discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient care documentation accurately and promptly.
• Contribute to a safe, clean environment and appropriate stock management.
• Participate in ward duties, handover processes and incident reporting.
• Provide holistic patient care within the scope of an Enrolled Nurse and CPR competence.
