Netcare invites applications for an Enrolled Nurse to deliver direct and/or indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring high quality patient care and accountability for actions. The role includes documentation, stock control and adherence to hospital policies.

The ideal candidate should be registered with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse (or equivalent NQF 4) and comply with the SANC code and healthcare regulations.

Formación

• Registration with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse
• Compliance with the SANC code for an Enrolled Nurse and health care legislation
• Relevant experience in the nursing discipline would be an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and/or indirect care under supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Maintain patient care records accurately and timely
• Assist with stock control and equipment maintenance
• Participate in ward/unit quality improvement and infection control measures
• Engage with patients and relatives to promote wellbeing and high standards of care
• Carry out departmental duties as assigned by supervisors
