• Set up production lines, perform changeovers, and complete tool changes efficiently.
• Optimize machine and auxiliary equipment performance to meet production targets.
• Capture order specifications in MES and assist with production scheduling.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and support quick repair of breakdowns.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
• Manage critical spare parts and provide technical guidance to production teams.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability (hands‑on, practical approach).
• Proven ability to work independently and under pressure in a production environment.
• Logical thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with experience in MES and SAP (advantageous).
• Willingness to work shifts and provide standby support when required.

Qualification

• Millwright trade test.
• Valid driver's license.
