Job summary

NDC Personnel is seeking a qualified engineer to lead operations at two World Class manufacturing plants in the FMCG sector in Wes-Kaap, South Africa. You will guide a team of skilled and semi-skilled artisans to meet production, safety and quality targets.

The role requires a minimum BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, strong mechanical and electrical competency, and knowledge of CAPEX budgets. GCC Factory experience is advantageous.
