Engineering Manager
The Engineering Manager is responsible for developing and implementing company engineering policies and standards and providing specialist engineering knowledge.
The incumbent will implement and ensure execution of a standardised asset lifecycle management approach and maintenance management system across the organisation and will drive standardisation of and coordinate spare parts management and maintenance planning.
What the Engineering Manager will be measured on : Machine uptime % (breakdown hours per day) Maintenance cost per standard unit of production Maintenance consumable cost Maintenance cost savings (% achieved versus target)
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG with experience in maintenance management and project management.
GRM2 certified.
