Lead and mentor a software engineering team to deliver quality solutions on time
Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to plan and design features
Enforce coding standards, reviews, testing, and operations practices
Architect and refine scalable microservices and APIs
Drive on-call rotations and operational excellence
Assist in recruitment and performance feedback
Communicate plans, risks and progress to leadership
Identify opportunities for engineering process improvements
Develop documentation and maintain stakeholder relationships
Guide teams in security, reliability and scalability best practices
