Key Responsibilities

Define and oversee the software architecture for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and technical specifications.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for software development.
Ensure the scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of software solutions.
Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
Drive innovation and explore new technologies to improve development processes and product quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a lead or architecture role.
Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and modern software architectures (e.g., Microservices, event-driven).
In-depth knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and data structures.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to mentor and guide development teams.
