Together Staffing group is seeking an Engineering Foreman (TMM) Underground for a client in the North West mining sector. The role requires a strong background in underground TMM and substantial supervisory experience to lead maintenance teams on site.

Minimum qualifications include Matric, a relevant engineering qualification, and a trade certificate. Supervisory certification is advantageous for progression. The position is based on site in North West with long-term prospects.

Job description

One of our top clients within the mining sector are seeking highly experienced and skilled Engineering Foreman (TMM) Underground to join their team based in North West.

To be considered for this role, you will meet the following minimum requirements:

• National Senior Certificate (Matric).
• N6 Certificate / National Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Trade Test Certificate (Diesel Mechanic/ Earthmoving Mechanic / Auto Electrician).
• Supervisory or Foreman Certificate (advantageous).

Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in mining engineering maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong background and hands‑on experience in underground mining TMM (Trackless Mobile Machinery).
