Job summary

Resources Partners Pty Ltd. seeks an experienced Engine Specialist to provide technical expertise and maintenance leadership across our plant and fleet.

You will support commissioning, troubleshooting, failure analysis, maintenance planning and engine repairs, while driving reliability improvements. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will coordinate with Field Support, Training and Planning teams, supervise field installations, manage component records, and deliver on-site technical

Qualifications

• Must have strong engine/plant maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to analyze failures and plan corrective actions.
• Able to train staff and maintain maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant commissioning and failure analysis.
• Support maintenance projects and technical input for planning.
• Lead field support for engine repairs and replacements.
• Maintain component numbering and maintenance records.
• Conduct technical audits and ensure compliance.
• Assist with quotations evaluation and approvals for repairs.
• Monitor fleet and vehicle maintenance and reporting.
