Job summary

A client in the energy sector is looking for a Site Supervisor to manage project activities in Upington, Northern Cape. The ideal candidate should have a Grade 12 certificate, a supervisory-related qualification, and 3-5 years of relevant energy sector experience. Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting risk assessments, and managing safety compliance. Immediate availability is required for this 3-month project.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with SACPCMP.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience within the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project activities on site.
• Monitor subordinates and the Power Station.
• Oversee the project and perform risk assessments.
• Collect paperwork and submit to Project Manager.
• Conduct toolbox talks and monitor housekeeping.
• Create a culture change through good IR.
• Assist in incident investigations.
