Placements24 partners with a strategic energy consultancy to recruit an Energy Market Analyst for a remote role. You will research, analyze, and forecast trends across renewables, conventional power, and emerging technologies to support clients' strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong quantitative skills, energy economics understanding, and proficiency with market data tools. You will build financial models, prepare market reports, and present findings to clients and internal teams

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, finance, energy management, or related field.
• 4+ years in energy market analysis, finance, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of energy economics, market structures, and regulation.
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting with Excel.
• Experience with market data sources (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, EIA).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setting.
