Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Energy Efficiency Consultant to join the sustainability services team in Upington. This role focuses on auditing energy use in commercial and industrial facilities, identifying savings opportunities, and implementing cost-reducing strategies for clients in the region.

You will collaborate with clients to deploy energy-saving measures, monitor their effectiveness, and stay current with industry best practices and incentives. Hybrid work model offered in Upington.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy management, auditing, or consulting.
• Proficiency in energy auditing tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of building systems, HVAC, lighting, and industrial processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
• Knowledge of local energy efficiency programs and incentives.

• Conduct comprehensive energy audits for commercial and industrial clients.
