Job summary

Spur Corporation seeks an IT End-user Support & Operations Coordinator to bridge business users, technical teams and service providers. You will deliver first-line support, coordinate IT operations and manage procurement, assets and vendor relations to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Hybrid role with 4 days in office and 1 work-from-home day depending on in-office requirements, focusing on a positive end-user experience and continuous operational continuity across Spur Group locations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first-line IT support and coordinating IT operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration with users, vendors and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for incidents and service requests.
• Coordinate daily IT operations and track vendor actions.
• Procure hardware and software, manage RFQs and purchase documentation.
• Maintain IT asset registers and lifecycle processes.
• Log, categorize and escalate requests; update knowledge base.
