Job summary

PRR Recruitment Services in Midrand is seeking a hands-on Operations Project Manager to drive end-to-end execution across operational, logistics and process projects in a fast-moving environment.

You will break down complex challenges, coordinate across Operations, Technology, Commercial and Customer teams to deliver outcomes, identify bottlenecks, track milestones and build scalable processes with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, implementation, logistics, engineering or project delivery.
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in fast-changing environments.
• Ability to create structure from ambiguity and drive accountability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• High levels of ownership, initiative and follow-through.
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end from problem definition to implementation.
• Break complex operational challenges into clear actions, timelines and deliverables.
• Work across Operations, Technology, Commercial and Customer teams to deliver outcomes.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks and inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
• Track progress, report on milestones and ensure execution happens.
• Build scalable processes and improve how the business operates. Use data to support decisions and measure results.
