Qualifications

• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong experience with interactive prototyping and design validation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end digital design experiences across web, mobile, and digital platforms.
• Translate customer, business, and technical requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences through user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing Digital design services as per agreed performance contract
• Provide specialist advice and support in area of accountability to ensure that identified solutions and recommendations are appropriate and effective.
