The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in HR or similar, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Organisational Development experience, with leadership exposure.
  • Industrial Psychologist preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead organisational design and alignment of structures, job grading, and reporting lines.
  • Manage performance management and succession planning, including talent mapping.
  • Drive training needs analysis and develop annual training plans.
  • Ensure HR policy compliance with relevant labour legislation.
  • Lead onboarding, transformation, and change management initiatives.
  • Provide HR reporting, analytics, and insights to support decision-making.
