Job summary

A leading financial services provider in Johannesburg is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to manage payroll processes and provide exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field and strong analytical skills. You'll contribute to HR services, resolve customer queries, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. This dynamic role requires strong organizational skills and competency in Microsoft Excel, among other tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in payroll management is advantageous.
  • Experience with Workday and PaySpace is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processes ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.
  • Resolve customer queries effectively and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Prepare and process employee formalities/documentation correctly.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education
