Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
• 0-2 years of internship or work experience in a business/analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude towards developing consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, data collection, and competitive analysis for client projects.
• Assist senior consultants in developing client presentations and reports.
• Support the analysis of business processes and identification of areas for improvement.
• Help in the preparation and facilitation of client workshops and meetings.
• Contribute to the development of project deliverables under supervision.
• Learn and apply consulting methodologies and best practices.
