Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Fleet Driver to operate a range of commercial vehicles from Centurion. You will manage daily driving duties, perform basic vehicle checks, and adhere to strict delivery schedules across Gauteng province.

The ideal candidate has a Code 10 with PDP, at least 4 years of driving experience, and a solid understanding of safety protocols. A reliable, punctual team member who can work flexible hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Code 10 driver's license with PDP and a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience driving commercial vehicles.
• Proven ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of the Gauteng region and surrounding areas.
• Strong understanding of commercial transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate various commercial vehicles, including trucks and vans, for the transportation of goods and materials.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on fleet vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
• Adhere strictly to company schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or maintenance performed.
