Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of FCT, FAT, board-level diagnostics and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems, IPC standards, Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 20 technicians in repairs and troubleshooting.
• Oversee Functional Circuit Testing (FCT) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
