About the Company

Applications are invited for a suitably qualified individual to take up the position of Engineering Services Senior Support Technician at Nortech International.

About the Role

The main purpose of the job is to provide a technical support function to both the Operations and Sales departments, as well as providing external Customer support on existing products. This will encompass functions that ensure the smooth running of the production area by providing support when technical difficulties are encountered, alternate component sourcing, resolution to product reliability issues, etc. The job will also entail short term developments to existing products in line with customer requirements and feature enhancements.
