Qualifications

• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in electrical installations (domestic, commercial and/or industrial).
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Install, test and commission electrical wiring systems and equipment according to design specifications and safety standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and building plans.
• Perform fault-finding and repairs on electrical installations.
• Install and connect lighting systems, power points, distribution boards, and circuit breakers.
• Ensure compliance with the South African National Standards (SANS) and Occupational Health & Safety regulations.

The Installation Electrician is responsible for the safe efficient and compliant installation maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment. This role ensures that all work meets Titan Electrical s quality standards client specifications and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install test and commission electrical wiring systems and equipment according to design specifications and safety standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings wiring diagrams and building plans.
• Perform fault-finding and repairs on electrical installations.
• Install and connect lighting systems power points distribution boards and circuit breakers.
• Ensure compliance with the South African National Standards (SANS) and Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
• Maintain tools equipment and work areas in a safe and serviceable condition.
• Complete job cards installation reports and compliance certificates accurately.
• Liaise with clients professionally providing clear explanations of work carried out.
• Assist with mentoring apprentices and junior electricians when required.

Requirements

• Valid Single Phase Wireman s Licence
